We welcome anyone with an interest in the UK housing debate, and especially those who want to find out more about an innovative procurement method called ‘enabled self procurement’ or ‘ESP’ for short.

Whether you are from the housing industry or a member of the public, this is the site to find out about the innovative system where future residents of a new community can have a direct say in the design of their new homes.

You are invited to read our blog for ESP related discussions, offer your opinion in the comments on whether ESP is a good idea for the UK, perhaps suggest how you would like it to work for you.

The ESP-sim team has a busy summer ahead of us. Our first port of call is Think08 at  Excel London, where we will be presenting our progress on the project and engaging with industry professionals.
